Spray is used to refresh at any time needed. Do not use it internally. Most women have a hood over the clitoris, which must be pulled back to access the clitoris. Sometimes this area needs addressing more often than at shower time, especially if you are a woman who perspires often. Pull the clitoral hood back and spray the clitoris, wipe clean with a damp cloth.
